Commercial Design/Build (EPC)

We work with our clients to develop a detailed scope of work and budget for their projects. We design the project and contract with subcontractors to complete the construction work. We are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget, and for coordinating the work of all subcontractors. Our design/build approach combines the design and construction phases into a single process. This can reduce the overall timeline for a project and minimize delays. Additionally, because we are responsible for both the design and construction of the project, there is a better coordination between the two phases, which can lead to a more efficient and successful project.
